Captiol Power Group was founded in 2000 as a manufacturer’s representative focused on product sales. Their strong customer service-focused model made them a leading re-seller, completing installs quicker than their suppliers could. This model attracted top talent, and allowed them to grow, adapt new services and sign exclusive contracts, year after year.
By 2017 they were at 50+ employees – but they also reached a point where not everyone knew all of their capabilities. Their position in the market had changed. It was time to let the industry know what they can do. They needed to be repositioned in the market to be the innovators they had become. They are true partners. And disrupters.
Being a non-profit means you have to not just raise money for your cause, but show your donors it is money well spent. We have been working with them to move their look from tennis club to community-building non-profit.
